Bring your furry friend to the Museum of Illusions Amsterdam for a very special Dog Day! On Sunday 5th July from 17:00–20:00, we're opening our doors for a unique dog-friendly museum experience in Amsterdam, filled with mind-bending illusions, surprising photo moments, and unforgettable memories together!
During the event, visitors (and their pups) can explore over 60 jaw-dropping illusion exhibits – from swapping noses to flying into infinity – at a relaxed pace designed for both humans and dogs. It's the perfect thing to do with your dog in Amsterdam, with plenty of playful, shareable moments throughout the museum's immersive spaces.
Expect extra tail-wagging surprises throughout the museum, including fun pop-ups from local partners such as Woof&Me and Butternut Box. Dogs can look forward to free goodies, tasty treats, and a few fun surprises along the way, making this much more than a typical museum visit!
This special event is held in partnership with Butternut Box and supports DOA, the largest pet shelter in the Netherlands. Together, we're raising both awareness and funds for DOA's vital work caring for and rehoming animals in need. €2 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to support their ongoing care for animals across Amsterdam.
Whether you're looking for a unique dog-friendly experience in Amsterdam or simply a memorable outing with your dog, Dog Day offers a one-of-a-kind way to explore the Museum of Illusions while supporting a great cause!
We can’t wait to welcome you and your four-legged friend for a day full of playful moments and unforgettable memories!
